I've been cooking professionally for more than thirteen years, from my first summer job at Shooting Star Country Club in Jackson Hole at sixteen to leading 350+ cover services at two of Marriott's premier steakhouses in Denver: Old Hickory Steakhouse at Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center and Elway's Downtown at The Ritz-Carlton Denver.

My cooking is rooted in French haute cuisine, with Southern, Latin American, and Asian influences and a focus on seasonal ingredients. I now bring that fine dining experience to private dinners and events, from intimate tables to larger celebrations.

I serve the Dallas, Texas area from fall through spring and Jackson Hole, Wyoming in the summer. I'm also open to travel for the right event, as my schedule allows.
